Job summary

AES Drilling Fluids in Kermit, TX is hiring a Dispatcher to schedule and coordinate product deliveries to rigs. The role requires 12-hour shifts on a 6 on / 3 off rotation, with days for a month and then overnights the next month. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 2 years in a dispatch role; experience in warehouse operations preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) and internet research.
• Strong ability to communicate, multitask and work under pressure.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Overtime, flexible schedule and on-call/weekend availability.
• Ability to pass a background check, drug screen and fitness test.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch serves as primary contact for engineers to place orders for chemicals and mud.
• Determine routes and trucks to fulfill customer requirements and schedules.
• Monitor personnel locations to coordinate services and schedules.
• Update well locations as needed.
• Prepare tickets, safety information, and bills of lading for orders.
• Confer with customers to address questions and requests for services.
• Receive and track incoming inventory and monitor delivery dates daily.
• Inform purchasing of delays or concerns with third-party trucking.
• Review and process credits for returned product.
• Update well names/logs as changes occur.
• Advise on traffic, weather, or other conditions impacting service.
• Oversee communications within assigned territory and conduct special projects.
