Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2 years dispatch experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) and internet research.
• Strong communication and multitasking under pressure.
• Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch serves as primary contact for orders of chemicals, mud, barite and well transfers.
• Determine routes and trucks to meet schedules and coordinate AES drivers.
• Monitor locations and utilization to optimize services and schedules.
• Update well locations as needed and prepare tickets/bills of lading.
• Communicate with customers and AES staff to address questions and requests.
• Track inventory and monitor delivery dates to ensure on-time arrivals.
• Notify purchasing of delays with third-party carriers.
• Process credits for returned products.
• Keep personnel informed about traffic and weather conditions.
• Oversee all communications within assigned territory.
