Job summary

AES Drilling Fluids is hiring a Blender Operator to join our facility in Kermit, TX. The role involves blending and storing chemical products, receiving raw materials, and maintaining a clean and safe warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Forklift operator certification or ability to obtain one.
• Experience blending chemicals is beneficial but not required.
• Valid driver’s license and driving record satisfactory to AES.
• Strong attention to detail and process-driven.

Responsibilities

• Safely convey products and materials to storage and worksites using appropriate methods.
• Load/unload materials for safe transport and storage.
• Accurately count and monitor products for proper credit and delivery.
• Blend raw liquids per specifications and dispense into pails/totes for storage and distribution to AES facilities.
• Ensure correct container labeling of blended products.
• Maintain clean, safe work environment and comply with company procedures.
