Job summary

Purity Oilfield Services in Bowie, TX is seeking a Logistics Dispatcher to coordinate drivers, loads, and routes for water hauling operations. The role focuses on timely delivery, route optimization, and responsive issue resolution.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years’ experience in logistics and/or customer service.
• Able to think and react quickly and apply good judgement.
• Monitor status and route of multiple units to coordinate and prioritize schedules; provide information about orders, traffic, obstacles and requirements.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch duties involve coordinating drivers to pick up and deliver water by assigning loads, planning efficient routes, and monitoring drivers' progress.
• Route planning and optimizing delivery routes to ensure timely and efficient transportation of water and equipment to various locations.
• Managing daily operations, coordination in assigning drivers to specific loads and routes based on customer needs and equipment availability.
• Administrative tasks like ensuring compliance with regulations and maintaining accurate logs and records which involve reviewing electronic tickets for accuracy and efficiency.
• Acting as the central point of contact between drivers, clients and site managers to address issues and ensure smooth operations.
• Data management: using software to manage data, track loads, and generate reports for invoicing and accounting.
• Schedule: 40-48 hours per week. Day shift / Night shift and weekend availability.
