Job summary

Evolving Solution Services in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a motivated Central Station Operator for full-time day or grave shift. You will monitor alarms, dispatch emergency services, and deliver exceptional service to clients and their properties.

The role requires multitasking in a fast-paced environment, strong communication, and a willingness to work all shifts including weekends and holidays. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, PILB and related licenses may be preferred.

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Central Station Operator. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and responding to alarms, dispatching emergency services, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. As a Central Station Operator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their properties.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in a similar role
• Ability to work all shifts, overtime, including weekends and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a central station or dispatch center
• Knowledge of security systems and protocols
• PILB card
• Knowledge of MS Office Applications
