You will record equipment, monitor discrepancies, and use scheduling tools to coordinate routes, with outdoor duties in all weather. High school diploma required and strong data entry skills preferred.

• Dispatch drivers and coordinate daily routes using Feeder Scheduling System (FSS).
• Key-enter driver timecards accurately and promptly.
• Conduct outside yard checks to verify trailer positions in the system.
• Work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions with appropriate safety attire.

PDS Tech Commercial is Hiring Seasonal Dispatch Associates For a Leader in the Distribution Industry!

Location: Sharonville, OH | Pay Rate: $15.45 - $20.80/hour | Schedule: 11pm - 4am

As a Dispatch Associate, you’ll be at the heart of daily logistics operations—keeping drivers, trailers, and shipments moving smoothly and on schedule. Your attention to detail and coordination skills will directly impact the efficiency and success of a world-class distribution network.

What You’ll Do

• Record inbound and outbound equipment to ensure accurate tracking and accountability.
• Monitor scheduled versus actual equipment types to maintain smooth operations.
• Utilize Feeder Scheduling System (FSS) reports to dispatch drivers and coordinate daily routes.
• Key-enter driver timecards accurately and promptly.
• Conduct outside yard checks to verify trailer positions align with the computer system.
• Work both indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions—cold, heat, rain, or snow—wearing appropriate attire for safety and comfort.

Pay Details:

$15.45 to $20.80 per hour
