Job description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Dispatch Assistant / Warehouse Coordinator to support the daily logistics and operations of our moving company..

Coleman Worldwide Moving has been in business since 1914 with 110+ years of experience and we invite you to come join OUR TEAM! Compensation ranges from $19 to $23 per hour, based on experience.

Essential Functions and Duties:

  • This dual-role position involves coordinating dispatch activities
  • Assisting with scheduling and routing of moving crews
  • Ensuring the efficient operation of the warehouse including inventory control and equipment readiness.
  • The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates attention to detail, and communicates effectively with teams and clients.
