Responsabilidades:

The Cast Member’s primary responsibility is to ensure our Guests have “The Best Retail Experience in the World”. This is achieved by engaging with guests and providing an entertaining and magical experience. This is a part-time, non-exempt role.

1. Perform scripted and non-scripted events for Guests
2. Support Disney Store Mission, “Creating Magical Moments for Guests of all Ages”
3. Connect with Guests by asking open-ended questions to assess their needs and make appropriate suggestions
4. Contribute to a high-energy, fast-paced environment that provides Guests with an entertaining, fun, and dynamic experience
5. Assist Guests in finding solutions that meet their needs, leveraging all available resources including Disneystore.com
6. Treat all Guests and Cast Members with respect and contribute to a positive work environment
7. Maintain Disney brand standards in guest engagement, visual presentation, and housekeeping
8. Perform cash wrap and mobile POS duties efficiently while maintaining high Guest Service standards
9. Participate in shipment processing, floor replenishment, and other operational tasks as needed
10. Uphold all company policies outlined in SOPs, Employee Policy Manual, and Code of Business Conduct
11. Promote and maintain a safe working and shopping environment
12. Engage children at their level, allowing them to become part of the story
13. Drive store results by suggesting additional items to meet guest needs
14. Demonstrate strong guest-focused engagement on and off the sales floor
15. Work effectively as part of a team and accept feedback constructively
16. Maintain a professional appearance following Disney Store grooming guidelines

Experiencia laboral requerida:

• Ability to lift boxes up to 45 lbs and climb ladders
• Flexible schedule including overnights, evenings, holidays, weekends, and call-in shifts. Availability for at least two shifts Monday through Friday and weekends as needed
• Legal right to work in the United States verification
• Minimum age of 18 years

Experiencia deseada:

• Previous retail or service industry experience
• Fluency in another language besides English
• Comfortable storytelling in front of large groups

Educación requerida:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
