Job summary

Wyndham Deerfield Resort is seeking a dishwashing attendant to maintain a clean and organized dish area and support kitchen operations. You will wash wares by hand or machine, store items properly, and help stock stations and equipment.

Applicants should be able to lift up to 60 pounds, stand for long periods, and work days, nights, weekends, or holidays as needed in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Qualifications

• Washes wares by hand or using dishwashers.
• correctly places and stores clean equipment, dishes and utensils.
• Stocks serving stations, cupboards, refrigerators and other areas with dishes and utensils.
• Cleans trash receptacles with water or steam.
• Moves supplies and equipment from storage to work area.

Responsibilities

• Describe and ensure proper dishwashing workflow.
• Maintain sanitation and organization of the dish area.
• Support kitchen operations as needed.
