Job summary

Caesars Entertainment is hiring for a housekeeping/custodial role at the Horseshoe Tunica casino. You will maintain sanitation of Jack Binion Steakhouse, EDR and Main Kitchen areas, wash dishes, mop floors, and clean bar areas, contributing to a clean, safe, and welcoming guest experience.

Responsibilities include setting up work areas, maintaining inventory levels, collaborating with staff, and adhering to company policies. Physical work and fast pace are expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and memos.
• Ability to write simple correspondence.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and staff.
• Must be able to maneuver to all areas of the casino and lift up to 10 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Maintain sanitation of dining areas and kitchen spaces, washing dishes and mopping floors.
• Clean and maintain bar areas, including counters and equipment.
• Promote teamwork with restaurant staff and maintain a positive attitude.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of back line and service coolers.
• Follow signing in/out procedures and uphold hygiene standards.
• Respond to guest needs with courteous service.
