Job summary

Caesars Entertainment is hiring for a kitchen sanitation role to maintain hygiene standards and ensure efficient service. You will clean, sanitize, and store kitchen equipment, and monitor equipment maintenance as needed.

Candidates should be able to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and work flexible shifts in a fast-paced environment. High School Diploma or equivalent required; background check and drug screening will be conducted.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and write.
• Physically able to repeatedly lift, bend, reach, and carry items.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and endure heat.
• Stand and move for extended periods; flexible hours.
• Pass background check and pre-employment drug screening.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Clean, sanitize, and store kitchen equipment, glassware and utensils according to industry standards within timelines.
• Alert manager or Chef on duty of equipment failures or needed maintenance.
• Perform duties in environments such as deep freezers and steam cleaning equipment.
• Use equipment that uses water, steam, and heat for safe maintenance of food contact surfaces.
• Understand and apply cleaning compounds and sanitation needs of culinary areas.
• Document completion using opening and closing checklists.
• Support Family Style Service with guests and team members.
• Carry out other duties as assigned.
