Responsibilities

• Maintains a clean kitchen by washing and sorting dishes and keeping area organized.

• Keeps floors clean and dry throughout the shift.
• Washes, stacks, and stores china, glassware, silverware, cookware, and containers.
• Aids in timely storage of food deliveries.
• Handles trash and maintains the dry storage area and shelves.
