Responsibilities

• Wash, sanitize, and properly store dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, pans, and equipment.
• Operate dishwashing machines and maintain proper chemical and temperature levels.
• Clean and sanitize workstations, floors, walls, mats, and preparation areas.
• Remove trash and recyclables and transport to designated disposal locations.
• Sweep and mop floors regularly to maintain cleanliness and safety.
• Assist with receiving, organizing, and storing inventory and supplies.
• Maintain cleanliness of employee dining areas, walk-in coolers, freezers, and storage rooms.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.
• Report maintenance or equipment issues to management immediately.
• Support kitchen staff with basic food preparation and other duties as assigned.
• Adhere to company policies, attendance standards, and grooming requirements.
