Job summary

The Cheesecake Factory Incorporated is hiring for a Dishwasher to join our high-volume kitchen team. You will be responsible for washing, rinsing, and sanitizing dishes, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting fast-paced back-of-house operations to ensure smooth service.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant, kitchen, hospitality, or food service preferred.
• Knowledge of sanitation standards and safety practices a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, plates, glassware, and utensils using a commercial dishwasher and three-compartment sink.
• Pre-sort, soak, and rinse silverware and utensils for proper cleaning.
• Safely load and unload the dishwashing machine and maintain a clean station.
• Work with speed and accuracy to support kitchen operations.
• Assist with opening/closing tasks and station setup/breakdown.
• Follow safety, sanitation, and chemical handling procedures.
