Founded by Tzurit Or in 2007, Tatte Bakery began in a home kitchen and at Boston farmers markets before opening its first café in Brookline, Massachusetts. What started as a small neighborhood bakery has grown into a beloved brand with cafés throughout Greater Boston, Washington, D.C., Maryland, Virginia, and now the Tri-State area. Key Responsibilities

Dishwashers at Tatte play an important role in keeping our kitchens running smoothly and maintaining the cleanliness and organization standards that support our food quality and guest experience. We’re looking for team members who are dependable, team oriented, and take pride in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment. We expect our savory team members to:

• Work collaboratively and support the team wherever needed
• Maintain high standards for cleanliness, organization, and sanitation
• Bring a strong work ethic and attention to detail to every shift

• Have flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends, holidays, afternoons, and evenings
• Ideally, have prior experience working in a fast paced kitchen environment

Summary Of Dishwashers’ Primary Responsibilities

• Responsible for the proper care and maintenance of the dish machine
• Maintain a clean and organized supply of dishware, glassware, silverware, utensils, and cookware throughout each shift
• Support cleanliness and sanitation standards across the kitchen and dish area
• Thrive in a fast paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and organization
• Support kitchen operations and assist with additional tasks as needed
• Other related assignments as necessary

Essential Functions / Working Conditions

• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Ability to grasp and reach overhead
• Must be able to lift, move, and carry 50+ lbs
• Must be able to stand and work on feet for 8+ hours per day
