Forefront Healthcare has an opening for a full-time Dishwasher/Utility Worker in Erie, PA. The Dishwasher/Utility Worker is a vital part of the culinary team.

Essential Functions

1. Follow cleaning schedules and perform cleaning duties as scheduled.
2. Assist in arranging trays, loading food carts, and serving meals.
3. Set up the dining room and serve residents.
4. Wash and store dishes.
5. Clean bathrooms, sweep, mop, and take out the trash.
6. Keep all areas, inside and outside dining areas, free of debris.
7. Follow established reporting procedures for all supply and equipment needs.
8. Assist in receiving and storing food and supplies.
9. Follow defined safety codes while performing all duties.
10. Follow defined Infection Control procedures.
11. Understand the facility’s fire and disaster plans; follow established procedures during drills and emergencies.
12. Be knowledgeable of Federal, State, and facility rules, regulations, policies, and procedures applicable to the job.
13. Perform other department duties or special assignments as directed by the Director or designee.

Salary: $13.00 per hour

Qualifications

Excellent customer service skills and effective communication abilities.

Customer Service Oriented.

Knowledge of sanitation and safety practices.

Thoroughness in task completion.
