Job summary

Sheraton is seeking a dedicated Dishwasher to keep wares clean and sanitized for both front and back of house. The candidate should be organized, dependable, and capable of working well alone or as part of a team.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Washes all wares including pots, pans, flatware, and glasses by hand or using dishwashing equipment.
• Stores clean equipment, dishes, and utensils in assigned areas.
• Stocks serving stations with necessary dishes and utensils.
• Cleans trash receptacles and maintains a tidy work area.
• Moves supplies from storage to work area as needed.
• Adheres to all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Washes all wares including pots, plans, flatware, and glasses, by hand or using dishwashers.
• Correctly places and stores clean equipment, dishes, and utensils in assigned storage areas.
• Stocks serving stations and other assigned areas with necessary dishes and utensils.
• Cleans trash receptacles with water or steam.
• Moves dishwashing supplies and equipment from storage to work area by hand or using hand trucks.
• Ensures work areas remain safe, clean, and orderly, adhering to all company, local, and state guidelines regarding health, safety, and sanitation.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
