Job summary

Delta Hotels by Marriott Richmond Downtown is seeking a Dishwasher to ensure wares are cleaned and sanitized for front and back of the house. The ideal candidate should be organized, professional, dependable, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.

The role involves washing wares by hand or machine, stocking areas with clean dishes, maintaining cleanliness, and following health and sanitation guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Washes all wares including pots, pans, flatware, and glasses, by hand or using dishwashers.
• Stores clean equipment, dishes, and utensils in assigned storage areas.
• Stocks serving stations and other areas with necessary dishes and utensils.
• Cleans trash receptacles with water or steam.
• Moves dishwashing supplies and equipment from storage to work area.
• Keeps work areas safe, clean, and orderly, following health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

• Ensures work areas remain safe, clean, and orderly, adhering to all company, local, and state guidelines regarding health, safety, and sanitation.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
