Shift hours: 12:00pm-8:00pm & 4:30pm-8:00pm

What will I do in this role with Judson?

• Assist in keeping all coolers, freezers, and storage areas cleaned and organized.
• Review daily menu, specials & spreadsheets.
• Demonstrate knowledge of specialized diets & allergens.
• Communicate with the production team to ensure correct delivery of orders and accommodation of special requests.
• Identify & gather food items needed for meal service.
• Prepare, portion & serve food items according to menu, utilizing spreadsheets for therapeutic and/or modified diets.
• Perform sanitation procedures and ensure proper food storage, including prepping and serving hot & cold foods for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
• Reset tables and replenish supplies in dining rooms.
• Perform cleaning projects as assigned (daily, weekly, monthly).
• Sweep & mop as assigned.
• Use HACCP food handling procedures during all food-related tasks.
• Other duties as assigned.

What do I need for this role with Judson?

• High School Diploma or GED required; minimum age 16 if still in high school.
• Experience in food service preferred.
• ServSafe Certification preferred.
