Responsibilities

• Wash and properly store dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans.
• Keep the dish area, kitchen, and workspaces clean and organized.
• Clean all work areas, including steam tables, refrigerators, and kitchen equipment.
• Sweep and mop the kitchen daily.
• Remove garbage and cardboard from the kitchen area.
• Help receive and organize deliveries.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Work efficiently during busy shifts while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Follow a daily and weekly cleaning schedule.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or facility leadership.
