Job summary

LCB Senior Living, LLC is hiring part-time dishwashers for The Residence at Shelburne Bay, Saturdays and Sundays, 11:30am–8pm. Compensation ranges from $17.00 to $20.00 per hour based on years of experience.

The role involves maintaining a clean kitchen, washing dishes, and assisting with events in a supportive senior living environment. The position offers weekend hours, potential tuition reimbursement, and PTO/Holiday pay as part-time benefits, with emphasis on teamwork and high standards of

Responsibilities

• Provide high level of customer service and promote a restaurant style dining atmosphere.
• Maintain kitchen in a clean, safe, and sanitary condition at all times.
• Wash and store all dishes and equipment in accordance with policy and procedures.
• Keep floors clean (sweeping, mopping, washing) and empty trash.
• Assist with putting the food order away and stored appropriately.
• Assist chefs and servers as assigned.
• Assist with preparation and execution of special events, banquets, theme meals/parties.
• Adhere to cleaning schedules as directed by the Culinary Services Director.
