Job summary

LCB Senior Living, LLC is seeking friendly part-time servers for The Residence at Shelburne Bay. Weekend shifts available with a wage band of $18.00–$21.00 per hour, dependent on experience.

You will provide high levels of service in a dining atmosphere, support dining programs, and assist with events and daily operations. Responsibilities include setting tables, serving residents and guests, and collaborating with the Culinary Services Director and Dining Room Manager.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or food service is preferred.
• Strong organization and time management skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English, both orally and in writing.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide a high level of customer service and promote a restaurant style dining atmosphere.
• Set tables in accordance to LCB standards and serve beverages.
• Take and deliver accurate meal orders to residents and guests.
• Assist with dining enhancement programs and special events and banquets as needed.
• Maintain dining room cleanliness and sanitize equipment.
• Communicate resident menu preferences to dining staff for menu planning.
• Attend pre-meal stand up with dining and kitchen staff.
