Job summary

The Harborvale, part of Westport Hospitality, is seeking a Dishwasher for our downtown Burlington, Vermont property on the Autograph Collection. The role supports the culinary team with dishwashing, light prep, and maintaining a clean kitchen area, reporting to the Executive Chef.

Expect a professional environment and weekend/varied hours. We offer competitive wages and benefits, with a salary range of $18.00–$21.00 per hour based on experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role.
• Must be able to lift 50 lb occasionally and 10 lb frequently.
• Must be able to use stairs repeatedly during shift.
• Must be able to reach overhead and below knees regularly.

Responsibilities

• Wash all dishes, pots and pans related to guest service.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area; ensure kitchen equipment is well maintained.
• Take out trash, recycling and compost.
• Sweep and mop at the end of each shift.
• Light prep work as needed.
• Perform other tasks assigned by Sous Chef or Chef.

The Harborvale is seeking a Dishwasher to join our newly reimagined, one-of-a-kind property located in downtown Burlington, Vermont set on the shores of Lake Champlain. The Harborvale’s story is inspired by the wonder and sense of place that Lake Champlain provides; the adventure of fresh experiences, the opportunity to reminisce about fond memories while creating new stories to share. Position Overview:

We are looking for a Dishwasher who takes pride in things being neat and clean. Someone who understands how keeping a clean environment lifts everyone up. A person who thrives in a team environment.

Core Responsibilities:

• Washing all dishes, pots & pans related to guest service
