White Lodging in San Antonio is looking for a Dishwasher to support our culinary team and keep kitchen operations clean and safe. You will help maintain sanitation, assist with food prep areas, and ensure equipment is ready for service.

No heavy prior experience required; we value a hardworking attitude, punctuality, and the ability to stand for long periods in a fast-paced environment. This on-site role offers benefits starting on day one and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required, but a strong desire to work hard is essential.
• Ability to work collaboratively with peers and the kitchen staff.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to stand and move at a fast pace for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop floors, wash worktables, and clean walls of refrigerators and other assigned equipment using designated chemicals.
• Ensure that the floor and work surfaces are kept free of trash, water, etc. to prevent potential accidents.
• Scrape food from dirty dishes, pots, and pans and wash by hand or in the dishwasher.
• Sort silverware before cleaning and properly load and unload the dishwasher.
• Sort and store all clean china, glass, silver, chafers, coffee pots, pitchers, display pieces, and platters using proper procedures.
• Assist with unloading product from supply trucks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
