White Lodging welcomes you to join as a Dishwasher and kitchen support associate, an entry-level role focused on keeping back-of-house operations clean and efficient. You will assist the culinary team, maintain hygiene, and help create a safe dining experience across our hotels and restaurants.

Qualifications

• No prior dishwasher or kitchen experience required; strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work collaboratively with kitchen staff and back-of-house teammates in a fast-paced hotel restaurant environment.
• Comfort working quickly and efficiently in a high-volume commercial kitchen setting.

Responsibilities

• Sweep and mop floors, wash worktables, and clean refrigerators and other kitchen equipment.
• Keep floors and surfaces free of trash, water, debris for safety.
• Scrape food from dirty dishes, wash by hand or in the commercial dishwasher.
• Sort silverware; load and unload the dishwasher to maintain sanitation standards.
• Sort and store cleaned china, glassware, silverware, chafers, pots, display pieces and platters.
• Assist with unloading product from supply trucks and support the culinary team with tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What You'll Do

• Sweep and mop floors, wash worktables, and clean walls of refrigerators and other assigned kitchen equipment using designated cleaning chemicals
• Keep floors and work surfaces free of trash, water, and debris to maintain a safe back-of-house environment and prevent workplace accidents
• Scrape food from dirty dishes, pots, and pans, and wash by hand or in the commercial dishwasher
• Sort silverware before cleaning; properly load and unload the dishwasher to ensure sanitation standards are met
• Sort and store all clean china, glassware, silverware, chafers, coffee pots, pitchers, display pieces, and platters using proper procedures
• Assist with unloading product from supply trucks and supporting the culinary team with kitchen tasks as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned
