Job summary

Sodexo Group is hiring a Dishwasher at University facilities in Farmington. The role supports kitchen operations by maintaining cleanliness and sanitation across food production and service areas. You will clean equipment, manage storage spaces, and assist with basic setup and breakdown tasks as needed.

Shifts vary, and hours may exceed 8 per day, with a pay range of $16.00–$17.00 per hour. We expect a high school diploma or equivalent, no prior experience required, and knowledge of sanitation

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• No related work experience.
• Knowledge of sanitation procedures, to include basic concepts of food safety.

Responsibilities

• Washes dishes by hand or uses a dishwashing machine.
• Clean and sanitize worktables, walls, refrigerators and meat blocks.
• Sweep, mop, and clean floors; vacuum where applicable.
• Remove trash to designated areas.
• Clean equipment with appropriate chemicals to maintain sanitation standards.
• Restock supplies like soap, towels, and cleaning materials.
• Significant walking or other mobility is required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
