Lolo's in Miami Beach, FL is seeking a part-time Dishwasher/Steward to join our culinary team on-site. You will wash and sanitize dishes, maintain kitchen cleanliness, and support banquet setups during busy periods.

The role requires reliability, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and mobility to stand all shift and lift up to 50 pounds. Evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events availability is a must. We offer growth opportunities and benefits.

Qualifications

• Restaurant or kitchen experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, glassware, and kitchen equipment
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, dish area, storage areas, and banquet spaces
• Remove trash and assist with daily and deep cleaning tasks
• Support banquet setup and breakdown as needed
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards
• Assist the culinary and service teams during busy periods
