• Take out trash/compost/recycling; sweep and mop floors; break down boxes.
• Restock clean wares to stations; assist with banquet breakdowns and setups.
• Follow food safety and chemical handling procedures (ServSafe standards).
• Support basic prep and housekeeping tasks as directed by chefs.
• Communicate equipment or supply issues promptly.
