Job summary

Hyatt Regency Cincinnati in downtown Cincinnati, Ohio, is hiring a Dishwasher to support our busy kitchen. You will help keep dishes, utensils, and equipment clean and ready, operate dishwashing machinery, and assist with basic food prep as needed.

You will work with a positive, energetic team in a high‑volume environment, following safety and hygiene standards and collaborating to ensure smooth service for guests.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and thrive when things get busy.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Physical stamina to stay on your feet for extended shifts and handle lifting.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness and organization in the dishwashing area.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work different shifts—we've got evening, weekend, and holiday availability.
• Positive attitude and willingness to take on additional tasks as needed.
