Belmont Village Rancho Santa Fe is seeking a Dishwasher/Steward to join our luxury senior living community. You will help keep dishes, equipment and kitchen work areas clean, sanitized and ready for service in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

You’ll work alongside our culinary team, take pride in following health and safety standards, and contribute to delivering exceptional dining experiences for residents.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 17 years of age.
• Professional, pleasant and team oriented attitude.
• Must be able to communicate clearly in verbal and written English.
• Demonstrated ability to follow instruction for daily assignments.
• Experience with cleaning standards in a commercial food operations.
• Ability to work assigned shifts including early morning, evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Consistent and reliable attendance is essential for all Belmont Village employees to ensure the successful operation of the community.
• Offers of employment are contingent upon completion of applicable post-offer pre-employment screenings.

• Ensure proper storage and handling of food and equipment to meet health and safety standards

• Maintain a clean, organized and safe kitchen and dish room environment
• Assist with stocking following food deliveries

You’ll work alongside our culinary team in a professional, hospitality-focused environment, helping keep dishes, equipment and kitchen work areas clean, sanitized and ready for service. We’re looking for experienced candidates who understand the pace, teamwork and high standards of a quality hotel, resort or high volume restaurant kitchen and take pride in keeping operations running smoothly behind the scenes.
