Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a dedicated Steward/Dishwasher & Kitchen Cleaner at The Hotel Roanoke & Conference Center in Roanoke, VA. This PM shift role (3pm–11pm or 4pm–12am) requires weekend and holiday availability, with a focus on cleanliness and efficient operation within a high-volume kitchen environment.

Responsibilities include dishwashing, maintaining cleanliness, waste management, and supporting the culinary team.

What You Will Have An Opportunity To Do

Join our dynamic kitchen team and play a vital role in creating exceptional dining experiences! We’re looking for a dedicated Steward/Dishwasher & Kitchen Cleaner who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, values cleanliness, and enjoys working as part of a team.

This is an PM shift position. Hours will typically be: 3pm to 11pm or 4pm to 12am but subject to change due to business needs. MUST have weekend and holiday availability.

• Dishwashing Excellence: Clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans efficiently to keep operations running smoothly.
• Maintain Kitchen Cleanliness: Ensure all kitchen areas meet the highest standards of hygiene and sanitation.
• Cleaning & Waste Management: Perform routine cleaning of kitchen surfaces, floors, and equipment, along with trash removal and proper recycling procedures.
• Support Team Operations: Collaborate with chefs and staff to maintain workflow and organization.
• Organize Supplies: Keep storage areas neat, organized, and properly stocked.
• Positive Energy: Contribute to a friendly, team‑oriented atmosphere.
