Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking an entry-level Dishwasher to operate the dishwashing machine and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen. You will handle china, glassware, and utensils, assist with shipments, and help keep the kitchen organized and safe.

Requirements include the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for the shift. Compensation starts at $19.29 per hour with benefits and growth opportunities within our portfolio of properties.

• Able to carry and move items weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to bend, twist, lift and stand for the shift worked.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for washing all china, glassware, silverware, pots, pans and other items used in the restaurant, kitchen and banquet department.
• Responsible for breakdown of all boxes, emptying trash containers into the dumpster and cleaning all containers.
• Clean walls in the kitchen as appropriate; especially in dish room area. Clean floor mats, sweeps and mop entire kitchen floor daily.
• Ensure the dish machine is operating effectively and reading at the appropriate temperature.
• Assist with unloading and organizing shipments.
• Perform all other duties as deemed necessary by management.
