Ensure all equipment and food required for functions are available to the waiters at the appropriate times, and wash and clean all cookware from kitchen production areas according to Omni standards.

Responsibilities

• Knowledge of dishwasher setup, operation, cleaning, chemicals, and temperature settings.
• Clean pots, pans, and all other cookware and utensils, ensuring they are fully cleaned and sanitized.
• Maintain a clean kitchen floor and wash area, free of food residue or debris.
• Knowledge of floor maintenance, equipment use, and chemical safety.
• Follow dumpster procedures and manage cardboard disposal.
• Practice waste removal and safe lifting techniques.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively with Supervisors and Department Managers.
• Maintain a professional appearance, attitude, and performance.
• Willingness to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and performing repetitive motions.
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods.
