The role involves ensuring all equipment and food required for functions are available to waitstaff at the appropriate times, and washing and cleaning all kitchen cookware according to Omni standards.

Responsibilities

• Knowledge of dishwasher operation, setup, cleaning procedures, chemicals, and temperature settings.
• Clean and sanitize pots, pans, and all cookware and utensils.
• Maintain a clean kitchen floor and wash area, free of food residue and debris.
• Knowledge of floor maintenance, equipment, and chemical safety.
• Understand dumpster procedures and cardboard recycling.
• Proper waste removal and safe lifting practices.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Effective communication with supervisors and managers.
• Maintain a professional appearance, attitude, and performance.
• Ability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Lift, carry, push, pull, and move objects up to 50 pounds.
• Stand or walk for extended periods.
• Repetitive motion of arms, hands, and legs.
