Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a dedicated kitchen support team member for the Pullman Miami Airport location. You will be responsible for operating the dishwashing machine and keeping the kitchen orderly to support a high standard of guest service.

The role includes washing dishes and utensils, helping with shipments, and ensuring cleanliness of the kitchen area on a daily basis. Competitive hourly pay and benefits are highlighted in the offering.

Responsibilities

• Wash all china, glassware, silverware, pots, pans and other items used in the restaurant, kitchen and banquet department.
• Breakdown of all boxes, emptying trash and cleaning containers.
• Clean kitchen walls, mats, and floors daily; ensure the dish machine operates at proper temperature.
• Assist with unloading and organizing shipments.
• Perform other duties as deemed by management.

What you will have an opportunity to do:

Responsible for the operation of the dish washing machine and the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Responsible for washing all china, glassware, silverware, pots, pans and other items used in the restaurant, kitchen and banquet department.
• Responsible for breakdown of all boxes, emptying trash containers into the dumpster and cleaning all containers.
• Clean walls in the kitchen as appropriate; especially in dish room area. Clean floor mats, sweeps and mop entire kitchen floor daily.
• Ensure the dish machine is operating effectively and reading at the appropriate temperature.
• Assist with unloading and organizing shipments.
• Perform all other duties as deemed necessary by management.

Compensation:

$15 - $15

Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific office location. This may differ in other locations due to cost of labor considerations.
