Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a dedicated dishwasher to support the Pullman Miami Airport kitchen. You will ensure all china, glassware, and utensils are spotless and the kitchen remains organized and sanitary.

This role offers competitive hourly pay and benefits within a large hospitality group, including a 401(k) with company match and performance-based bonus programs.

Qualifications

• Experience in foodservice dishwashing preferred.
• Operate dishwashing machine and maintain sanitation.
• Willingness to perform related kitchen duties.

Responsibilities

• Wash china, glassware, silverware, pots, pans and related items.
• Break down boxes, empty trash into dumpster, clean containers.
• Clean walls in the kitchen, especially in dish room area.
• Sweep and mop kitchen floor daily.
• Ensure dish machine operates at correct temperature.
• Assist with unloading and organizing shipments.
• Perform other duties as deemed necessary by management.

What you will have an opportunity to do:

Responsible for the operation of the dish washing machine and the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Responsible for washing all china, glassware, silverware, pots, pans and other items used in the restaurant, kitchen and banquet department.
• Responsible for breakdown of all boxes, emptying trash containers into the dumpster and cleaning all containers.
• Clean walls in the kitchen as appropriate; especially in dish room area.
• Clean floor mats, sweeps and mop entire kitchen floor daily.
• Ensure the dish machine is operating effectively and reading at the appropriate temperature.
• Assist with unloading and organizing shipments.
• Perform all other duties as deemed necessary by management.

Compensation: $14 - $15
