Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality, via its Pullman Miami Airport property, seeks a dedicated housekeeping supervisor to oversee housekeeping and laundry operations, ensuring the highest cleanliness standards across guest rooms and public areas.

Responsibilities include leading a team, training staff, and coordinating with other departments to boost guest satisfaction. Fluent English and Spanish preferred; 401k with company match and lucrative bonus programs are part of the benefits package.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel housekeeping experience mandatory.

• Ability to move and maneuver equipment up to 100 lbs in tight spaces.

What You Will Have An Opportunity To Do

Responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of the housekeeping staff.

Essential Functions

• Provide leadership and direction for all housekeeping and laundry activities for the hotel to ensure the highest level of cleanliness for both the guest rooms and public areas.
• Inspect guest rooms, public areas and heart of the house for cleanliness.
• Train, motivate, coach, counsel and discipline staff members.
• Maintain a regularly scheduled cleaning program.
• Maintain the supplies and linen inventories.
• Ensure housekeeping requests from guests or management are responded to in a timely, efficient and friendly manner.
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall guest satisfaction.
• Perform all other duties deemed necessary by management.
