Job summary

Naples Grande Beach Resort is seeking a diligent Dishwasher to maintain a clean and efficient kitchen environment by washing and sanitizing dishes, glassware, and utensils. You will assist with other kitchen tasks as needed in a fast-paced setting.

The role requires the ability to work in a hot, humid environment and to lift up to 50 pounds, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail helping maintain quality service for guests.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a hot, humid environment.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using dishwashers or by hand.
• Scrape food from dishes and sort items into appropriate categories.
• Load and unload dishwashing machines.
• Maintain a clean and organized dishwashing area.
• Sweep and mop floors in the kitchen area.
• Take out trash and recycling.
• Assist with other kitchen tasks as needed, such as cleaning equipment or stocking supplies.

The Dishwasher plays a crucial role in maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen environment. Your primary responsibility will be to wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, and utensils.
