Responsibilities

• Scrapes and rinses dirty dishes and washes them by hand or in racks.
• Washes pots, pans and trays; maintains cleanliness and sanitation.
• Polishes silver and maintains kitchen surfaces as required.
• Ensures safety procedures and proper chemical/temperature levels.
• Keeps the dish area orderly and floors clean; transports supplies as needed.
• Loads/unloads supplies and performs other duties as assigned.
