Job summary

Ascension Coffee Company in Southlake, TX is seeking a Dishwasher to support the Culinary Team. The role focuses on maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and adherence to sanitization protocols for café wares.

You will sanitize café wares, keep the dishwashing station clean, and assist with waste removal, with opportunities to grow within our café family. This position requires reliable transportation between locations, flexibility for nights and weekends, and stamina to stand for

• Ability to stand for extended periods (~8 hours per shift).

• Sanitize the caféwares and kitchen utensils following all sanitization guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing station.
• Transport trash/refuse to appropriate bins inside and outside of building.
• Handle café wares with care.
• Receive and apply feedback effectively, demonstrating adaptability.
• Build strong interpersonal connections with team members of all skill levels.
• Communicate clearly and effectively.
