Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Dishwasher to support kitchen operations by maintaining clean, sanitized work areas and ensuring all dishware, cookware, and equipment meet food safety standards for residents.

Responsibilities include setting up and maintaining dishwashing stations, operating dish machines, washing and sanitizing items, keeping sanitation logs, completing cleaning tasks, and assisting with storage, labeling, and rotation of supplies while following OSHA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain dishwashing and pot washing stations
• Operate dish machines per manufacturer instructions
• Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, glassware, and cookware
• Maintain accurate temperature and sanitation logs
• Complete daily and weekly cleaning assignments
• Clean kitchen equipment, floors, and prep areas
• Assist with storage, labeling, and rotation of supplies
• Follow OSHA and food safety regulations at all times
• Support dining service duties as assigned
