Job summary

Ivy Park at Santa Rosa, managed by Oakmont Management Group, is seeking a friendly Dishwasher to support our senior living community. You will ensure dishes are cleaned, sanitized, and properly stored, supporting meal service and kitchen operations.

Qualifications include at least 6 months in a kitchen or similar setting, being 18+, and a high school diploma or equivalent. We offer benefits and growth opportunities across Oakmont communities.

Qualifications

• Six months of experience in a kitchen or similar setting.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong written and verbal communication with staff, physicians, residents, and families.
• Must pass Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests.
• Vaccination and PPE requirements may apply per regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare dish room/area prior to meal service.
• Transport dishes to kitchen; wash and sanitize; return to storage.
• Assist with kitchen cleanup and sanitation of dining areas and equipment.
• Respond to resident concerns professionally and compassionately.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment following safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork through collaboration with coworkers and other departments.
