Job summary

Roux, a new restaurant from Villa Restaurant Group, is hiring dishwashers for its Summit location. Wash and sanitize dishes, keep the dish area clean, and help maintain a safe kitchen.

Qualifications

• Restaurant or dishwashing experience preferred, but not required.
• Reliable and hardworking.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift/move items as needed.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils and kitchen equipment
• Keep the dish area clean, organized and stocked
• Assist with maintaining a clean and safe kitchen
• Take out trash and recycling as needed
• Help with basic kitchen cleaning and maintenance
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards
• Assist the kitchen team with prep and other tasks as needed
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment
