Lombardi Family Concepts, Inc. is seeking dependable Dishwashers to join our opening kitchen team. You will help keep the kitchen moving through cleanliness, organization, and teamwork.

responsibilities include operating the dish machine, keeping a steady supply of clean ware, and following sanitation standards; you will also assist with cleaning, receiving, and deep-cleaning tasks as needed. Nights, weekends, and holidays may be required.

Formación

Responsabilidades

• Operate the dish machine and properly wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes and equipment
• Maintain a constant supply of clean dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment
• Keep dish areas clean, organized, and sanitary
• Assist kitchen staff with cleaning and organization throughout service
• Remove trash and recycling according to restaurant procedures
• Maintain clean floors and surrounding work areas
• Assist with receiving, organizing, and storing deliveries when needed
• Follow all food-safety and sanitation standards
• Complete opening, closing, and deep-cleaning responsibilities
