Qualifications

• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Scrape and rinse food from dirty dishes and wash them to ensure cleanliness.
• Wash pots, pans, and trays based on assigned procedures for sanitation.
• Polish silver using burnishing machine tumbler and buffing wheel.
• Ensure compliance with outlined safety procedures.
• Maintain temperatures and chemical levels as per standards.
• Keep dish area orderly and in compliance with safety standards.
• Sweep and mop kitchen floors to meet safety and sanitation standards.
• Wash worktables, walls, refrigerators, and other food prep surfaces.
• Remove trash and steam clean garbage cans.
• Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
• Help load and unload supplies and products.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
