Job summary

Marlow's Tavern is hiring a dishwasher/prep to support a world-class dining experience by keeping service ware clean, sanitized, and ready for the line. The role includes preparing ingredients, setting up stations, and assisting chefs with daily prep lists.

The position requires adherence to food safety standards, reliable transportation, and the ability to work day and night shifts between 11am–11pm. English proficiency and strong teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and team work skills.
• Able to speak, read, write and understand English as used in the tavern.
• Possess basic computational ability.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to all food safety and sanitation procedures to promote a safe workplace.
• Sets up station with food products and utensils and turns on equipment for production readiness.
• Prepares raw ingredients for use on the line and in prep recipes.
• Mixes and assembles recipe ingredients with proper portions and procedures.
• Assists chef with daily prep and evaluation of par levels.
• Checks and adjusts equipment temperatures to ensure proper cooking and storage temperatures.
• Prepares food items according to recipe instructions and cooking standards.
• Maintains the dish station and starts the dish machine for cleaning and sanitation.
