Job summary

URBN is seeking a dependable Dishwasher to join the back-of-house team. This fast-paced, physically demanding role keeps service ware and equipment clean and ready, supporting safe and high-functioning kitchen operations.

You will work in a hot, wet, loud environment, lift heavy items, and collaborate with chefs and leadership to maintain cleanliness and organization across the kitchen.

Qualifications

• Lift up to 50+ lbs in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Stand, bend, reach and perform repetitive tasks for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Operate commercial dish machines and sanitize all dishes and equipment.
• Wash, organize, and store dishware in designated locations.
• Monitor dish machine performance and report issues to kitchen leadership.
• Maintain cleanliness in dish pit, floors, prep stations, and trash areas.
• Support the kitchen team with deliveries, prep tasks, and general maintenance.
