Job description

Position Overview: Our Porters are responsible for providing the Gordon Ramsay standard of remarkable experiences and exceptional hospitality to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Trash removal from the kitchen.
2. Operation of the dishwashing machine.
3. Assisting in heavy cleaning duties including cleaning and sanitation of the kitchen, equipment, small wares, pots/pans, and other special cleaning projects as assigned.
4. Some food preparation may be required.
