• Provide guests with spotless cutlery, plates, and glassware.
• Keep pots, pans, and kitchen tools clean and ready for use by the line cooks.
• Support the team to maintain high cleanliness and organization in the restaurant.

As a porter/dishwasher, it will be your mission at Boqueria® to ensure that your restaurant's kitchen and dining areas are always properly cleaned. You will provide our guests with spotless cutlery, plates, and glassware. In addition, you'll keep pots, pans, and kitchen tools clean and ready at all times for the line cooks to create delicious dishes for our guests.
