Job summary

Boqueria is seeking a Backwaiter / Food Runner / Busser in West Hartford, CT to clear and reset tables promptly and maintain a clean dining environment. You will assist the service team and help ensure food and beverage service meets Boqueria's high standards.

Responsibilities

• Clear and reset tables efficiently to maintain turnover.
• Assist service team by delivering items and resetting dining areas.
• Ensure dining areas and perimeters are clean and orderly.
• Support food and beverage service in alignment with Boqueria standards.

As a Backwaiter / Food Runner / Busser, it will be your mission at Boqueria® to clear and reset tables in a speedy, professional, and effective manner and maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the entire restaurant and its perimeters. In addition, as a member of the service team, you help ensure that food, drinks, and service consistently follow Boqueria's standards.
